Voices for Children transforms the lives of abused children in San Diego County by providing them with volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs).

The Rivers of Hope Foundation supports Voices For Children in many ways.  Philip has done private football clinics for donors to Voices; his Foundation has granted almost $100,000 to Voices in the past two years; and this summer Philp flimed a new TV commercial to promote recruitment for new CASAs.  

Voices for Children believes that every child deserves a safe and permanent home, and to that end, will provide a CASA to every child in the foster care system who needs one, monitor every court file in the system, and advocate to improve the lives of San Diego County's foster children.
